An eStatement is a digital version of a traditional paper statement. Your eStatement is accessible through your online banking portal. Going paperless provides a faster, safer, and more efficient way to manage your finances.

Does enrolling in Online Banking automatically set up my eStatments?

When you enroll in online banking, you are not automatically going to receive eStatements. Adding statement access to your online services enables you to view your account balances and transaction history all in one place. There are a few additional steps you'll need to complete if you are interested in enrolling in eStatements.

How do I enroll in eStatements?

You can save time, money, and paper by enrolling in eStatements. You’ll have access to quickly view and download your financial documents without waiting for them to arrive in the mail. Enroll in eStatements by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to online banking
  2. Click on "Accounts" and select "eStatement" from the drop-down list
  3. Click the "Enroll eStatements" link next to the account you would like to enable for eStatements

When will I receive my eStatment?

When a new statement is available, an email will be sent to your registered email address. If you just signed up for eStatements, they will not show until the next time statement files are processed. Quarterly statements are generated for all accounts. Monthly statements will be created for lines of credit, checking accounts, and accounts with direct deposits or ACH transactions.

As a reminder, it is critical that you notify us of any changes to your email and mailing address. This will ensure you receive your statements, notices, and important tax documents at the end of the year.

How can I view my eStatements?

After you receive the notification email, you can view your eStatement by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to online banking
  2. Click on "Accounts" and select "eStatement" from the drop-down list
  3. In the "Year" section, you can view the eStatement you received by clicking on the year
    • The number next to the year indicates the total number of eStatements for that year
  4. The "Date" section will show all of the monthly or quarterly eStatements for the accounts
  5. Click on the "View PDF" to view the eStatement or click "Download" to save the file

How do I unenroll in eStatements if I want to receive paper copies in the mail?

If you would like to receive mailed account statements, you can unenroll by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to online banking
  2. Click on "Accounts" and select "eStatement" from the drop-down list
  3. Click the "Unenroll eStatements" link next to the account to suspend eStatements

Can I still access eStatements if my accounts are closed?

Your online banking access will be terminated when you close your credit union membership. Before proceeding with the account closure, ensure you have copies of your statements, tax documents, and check images.
