FECU Tax Documents
As you prepare for tax season, FECU would like to remind you of the following:
- The tax forms are mailed to members with the year-end statements or will be available electronically if enrolled in eStatements.
- Form 1099: Documents will be received if you have earned $10.00 or more in total interest on your savings, money market, and certificate accounts this year.
- Form 1098: Documents will be received if you have paid $600.00 or more in total interest on your Home Equity, Home Improvement, or Student loans this year.
- Car loan interest deduction: For the 2025 tax year FECU borrowers can use the year-end statement showing interest paid to claim the deduction if a vehicle is eligible. Additional information can be found on the IRS webpage.
eStatement
- Log into Online Banking.
- Click on the “Accounts” tab and select “eStatement”' from the drop-down list.
- Select the year to view all available eStatements for that year.
- Tax documents will be the last page of the December eStatement.
- Click on the “View/Download” to open or save the documents.
Export Transactions
- Log into Online Banking.
- Click on the account name to access the history for the account.
- The full account number will show at the top.
- Enter the “From” and “To” date fields for filtering the account history.
- Click “Refresh” to retrieve the transactions.
- Click the "Export" button and click "Yes" if prompted to open the file.
- Choose the file format you want to generate in the drop-down box.
View/Search Check Images
- Log into Online Banking.
- Click on the account name to access the history for the account.
- Enter the “From” and “To” date fields for filtering the account history.
- Click the “Clear Draft” text to view checks.
- Checks with an envelope icon are available online.
To receive eStatements you must Enroll in Online Banking, You will need your Social Security Number, Member Number, Date of Birth and the Email address currently on file. FECU eStatements are only available from Nov. 2021 forward due to the system upgrade at FECU. The most recent version of software is required to view documents. As a reminder FECU accounts no longer have the letters for S1, S9, and L1. Your member number should include the numerical account extension such as 010, 090, 300, and 100.
