89th Annual Meeting Summary

The 89th Annual Meeting of the membership of the Federated Employees Credit Union was held in Room J-2-4 of the John A. Buxton Building of the Federated Mutual Insurance Companies in Owatonna, Minnesota Thursday, February 16, 2023. Our Annual Meeting included news, financials, and board nominations.

The FECU Nominating Committee included Dory Jirele, Angela Snow, Taylor Ziemke. The terms of office for two (2) directors and two (3) committee members were voted upon and filled during the meeting. 

Board of Directors

• Brian Schlauderaff - 3 year term

Credit Committee

• Josh Halva - 3 year term
• Travis Sparks - 1 year term

Supervisory Committee

• Samantha Carpenter - 3 year term
