Pay Your Bills

If you think paying bills can be time consuming and a nuisance, FECU Online Bill Pay is the answer you have been looking for. It is easy to use, fast, secure, and FREE! You can pay bills from the comfort of your home or from any convenient computer connection just by logging in to Online Banking.

To start enjoying the benefits of Bill Pay, follow the steps below;

  1. Log into Online banking and go to the “Transactions” tab and select “Bill Pay”
  2. Click the “Add Payment” button
  3. Choose if you want your Bill Pay to be Sent “Electronic” or by “Check By Mail”
  4. Then proceed with the next steps by selecting your account information and Payee
  5. Repeat the steps above if you want more then one Bill Pay set up

 

Pay FECU Credit Card

You can make a payment to your FECU Credit Card in Online Banking. You can find this service under “Transactions.”

 

Mobile Alerts

This is a great benefit for members who want to know when things are going on within their account.  Set up a low balance notification or a reminder know when your loan is due.  To set up a mobile alert, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into Online Banking and go to the “Self Service” tab and select “Mobile Alerts”
  2. Click Add Alert
  3. Select your alert type then the account you want the alert applied to
  4. Click the Add Alert button to finalize your selection
  5. Repeat the steps above if you want more than one alert

 

Send/Receive ACH

Do you want to send money to/from another financial institution?  You can do this in Online Banking.  To set the transfer up follow the steps below:

  1. Log into Online banking and go to the “Transactions” tab and select “Transfer”
  2. Select “Send/Receive ACH”
  3. Begin scheduling your ACH Payments by clicking the button “Schedule to Send/Receive ACH”
  4. Choose if you want to send or receive by clicking the boxes
  5. Then proceed with the next steps by choosing your account information and Payee information and clicking next
  6. Repeat the steps above if you want more than one set up.

 

Freeze/Unfreeze Debit Card

What if you lose your debit card?  Now, you can freeze your debit card immediately until you can contact us or you find it.  Once you locate the debit card, you can unfreeze it and begin using it again.  Find this service inside of Online Banking under “Self Service.”
