Our offices are open with safety measures in place. Please follow the directions of our signs and the requests of our staff to ensure continued safety for all. If you are not a current Federated Insurance employee, please contact the credit union at (507)-455-5430 or email us at fedecu@fedins.com between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for assistance or an appointment. We will continue to accommodate all of your financial needs.

We also want to remind you of the convenience of remote access to our services 24/7 and ask that you continue to use them as much as possible for everyone’s safety.

  • Our online banking features allow you to make payments, check your balances, pay your bills, request a check to be mailed to you, do account-to-account and person-to-person transfers, and more.
  • FREE ATM access. 
  • We offer online eZCardInfo for all members who have an FECU VISA® credit card to make payments or check balances.
  • FECU mobile banking allows you the convenience of online banking from your mobile device, including depositing your checks into your checking account with Remote Deposit.
  • Our online loan application and e-sign features enable you to be able to work with us on your financing needs.
