New Member Application
To open a Membership Account at Federated Employees Credit Union, complete the New Member Application Form print it, sign it, and return it to us, along with the $5.00 minimum deposit.


Account Change
To make a change to your existing accounts or information at Federated Employees Credit Union complete the Account Change Form, print it, sign it, and return it to us.


Checking Account
To open a checking account, complete the forms below, print it, sign it, and return it to us.


Consumer Loan Application 

To apply for a consumer loan at Federated Employees Credit Union, complete the Online Loan Application.

Home Equity Loan Application 
To apply for a Home Equity fixed term or line of credit loan at Federated Employees Credit Union, complete the Online Loan Application
In the Online Loan Application, please attach:  1. Your most recent property tax statement.  2. Your most recent paystub for each borrower (or two years tax return for self-employed borrowers).  3. Your homeowner's insurance agent and annual premium. 


Visa® Credit Card Application 
To apply for a Visa® Credit Card at Federated Employees Credit Union:
Salary Deduction Form
 
If you are a Federated Insurance Employee and would like to start a salary deduction to an FECU account or make a change to your existing salary deduction, complete the Salary Deduction Form print it, sign it, and return it to us.


Stop Payment Form
If you need to put a stop payment on a check you have written from your FECU checking account, complete the Stop Payment Form, print it, sign it, and return it to us.


Automatic Payment Authorization Form
If you would like to set up an automatic payment for your loan from another financial institution, complete the Automatic Payment Authorization Form print it, sign it, and return it to us.


Change of Address Form
Complete the Change of Address Form for each member account at FECU, print it, sign it, and return it to us
